Finance

The Finance department is an internal resource and is responsible for maintaining Rufus Leonard's financial records. This includes payroll, debt management, data processing, billing clients, payment of suppliers and producing Management Reports for the board. Part of the team's duties is to control the collection and inputting of staff timesheets which are the core source of revenue for the Company. 

People & Building

This team is responsible for the general care of the building and all the people working within it.

The function of our People team is to provide support to management and staff, maintaining all necessary aspects of HR including; training and staff development, issuing and maintaining up to date contracts of employment and competitive benefits package, best practice policies, morale and motivation. 

The Building team look after all aspects relating to the building including: supplier contracts, fire prevention, first aid and health & safety, reception, stationery, repairs & maintenance, internal events, sourcing & stocking, photocopiers, phone system administration, all staff communications, Green Team (our environmental team), and purchasing to ensure the company can function physically in the building.

IS

The IS (Information Systems) department is an internal resource and is responsible for managing the Information Systems infrastructure. This includes providing a service desk to Rufus Leonard staff, infrastructure planning, design, implementation, maintenance, operations and optimisation.

More specifically, this includes software and licence management, systems and network security, hardware support, peripheral support, desktop and server management, infrastructure backups and monitoring and communications such as email/voice systems.
