You should have at least 5 years’ experience as a .NET Developer and be familiar with and have experience of designing and implementing commercial software customisations; as well as bespoke application design for numerous enterprise level clients, using the Microsoft .NET platform (up to v4.7) including ASP.Net, MVC, ReST, C#, SQL Server.

Agency experience is essential as you will be working on different client projects simultaneously.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Expert level skills in .NET (C#), SQL Server, MS Environments (IIS, Azure), MVC5, MS Design Patterns incorporating SOLID development principles
  • A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related libraries, frameworks and technologies
  • Good Episerver experience
  • Experience with RESTful Web Services
  • Knowledge of Sitecore, related plug-ins and third-party integrations
  • Agile methodology (desirable)
  • Be experienced with automated unit testing frameworks and techniques
  • Experience in and be responsible for leading/mentoring more junior .NET team members
  • Familiar with source control and continuous integration practises and tools, e.g. Git, Team City, Octopus Deploy
  • Able to make technical decisions and advise on approach, tools and technical design
  • Actively take part in working groups, labs sessions 
  • Hold regular code reviews and contribute to the evolution of our development standards and process 
  • Be a guardian of our standards 
  • Willing to develop your skills through in-house training 
  • Produce high quality code 
  • Have a flexible and pragmatic approach to developing and delivering solutions
  • Be ambitious, proactive and self-managing
